Premier Cleaning Service

Our Premier Cleaning Service is our signiture service providing exceptional cleaning and drying times. The Premier Service includes pre-treatment of all carpets, extraction of dirt and soils using hot / clear water, post-spotting for troublesome stains, and rapid drying of carpets using fans and airmovers. Rapid drying of your carpets is critical to prevent stains present in the carpet backing from wicking up into the wet carpet fiber.

Our Premier Cleaning Service comes with a 1-month guarantee for reappearing stains. If a stain reappears within 1 month of your cleaning, we will return to reclean the spot at no charge.

Our Most Thorough Premier Cleaning Service includes the following items:

Pre-vacuum to remove large soil particles and debris.

Move, replace, and block light to medium furniture as requested.

Vacuum carpet edges at baseboards using high powered truck mount.

Pre-Spray cleaning solution to all carpet to break and suspend stains in solution.

Agitate traffic-areas by hand or machine for optimal solution coverage.

Rinse carpet with clear, hot water from truck mounted equipment, leaving behind no residue.

Post spot for problem stains (ie..oil-based stains, red drink stains, pet stains, etc.) using special cleaners and techniques.

Expedite drying of carpets using fans and / or airmovers.

Groom the carpet to expedite drying time. 1-7 hours depending on outside humidity (Rh) and carpet type.

Basic Cleaning Service

Our Basic Cleaning Service includes the following items :

Pre-Spray cleaning solution to all carpet to break and suspend dirt and oils.

Agitation of carpet by hand or machine to insure solution coverage.

Rinse carpet with clear, hot water from truck mounted equipment, leaving behind no residue.

Drying time 12-24 hours depending on outside humidity (Rh) and carpet type.

Pricing

We feel the fairest and most straight-foward way to charge for our cleaning is by the square foot. This way you only pay for the exact amount of carpet we clean. Our technicians will measure the areas you request to have cleaned in order to determine the square footage (length X width) and the total cost.

Premier Cleaning Service Pricing

Minimum price per square foot (sq ft) is $0.35/sq ft for cleanings less than 500sq ft, $0.32/sq ft for cleanings between 500 sq ft and 1500 sq ft, and $0.30/sq ft for cleanings greater than 1500 sq ft. Stairs are $2.50 each. Moving furniture and vacuuming will increase the price per square foot.

Basic Cleaning Service Pricing

Minimum price per square foot (sq ft) is $0.23/sq ft for cleanings greater than 500sq ft, and $0.26/sq ft for cleanings less than 500 sq ft. Stairs are $2.50 each.

Minimum Charges

Our minimum charge is $85.00 for locations within a 10 mile radius centered on Broomfield, Colorado, and $125 for locations beyond a 10 mile radius. This 10 mile radius is roughly defined by; 6th Avenue to the south, Golden to the southwest, Boulder to the northwest, Niwot to the north, Frederick / Firestone to the northeast, Brighton to the east, and the I-70 / I-270 Interchange to the southeast. All locations in the mountains will be subject to the $125 minimum charge.
